The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, including managing full-stack teams, with strong technical foundations in Angular, Java, and Go, plus knowledge in microservices and cloud architecture. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing full‑stack teams.
• 6+ years hands-on programming experience in Java and/or Go Lang.
• Experience building large, horizontally scalable distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high quality features based on requirements from product managers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize platform performance.
• Be involved in code/design, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance.
• Maintain high code quality and oversee architecture and design.
• Foster a culture of continuous growth through coaching and mentoring.
