Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Denver seeks an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager to build the automation layer for freight pricing, matching, onboarding, and settlement. You will lead 1-3 teams (FTE + contractors) and own delivery end-to-end in a hybrid environment.

Must be local to one of our three locations and be able to work in Denver with hybrid 2-3 days per week. Salary ranges from $192k to $261k depending on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• ~8 years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading 1-3 teams (FTE + contractors).
• Strong technical background and ability to unblock teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-3 teams delivering end-to-end for freight pricing, matching, onboarding, and settlement.
• Own delivery timelines and technical architecture decisions.
