Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in fluidics, device design, or advanced systems development.
• 3+ years of leadership or technical management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute fluidics technology roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Lead multidisciplinary R&D team across fluidics, mechanical, systems, materials, and testing.
• Oversee development of early-stage prototypes and experimental platforms.
• Guide transition from R&D to product teams with readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Management and external partners.
