United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering credit card and banking experiences within the Money Engineering organization. You will partner with product, design, data, compliance, and operations to define the roadmap and deliver high-impact customer solutions at scale.

Based in Menlo Park, NY, or Bellevue, WA, this role requires in-person attendance 5 days per week and offers a chance to shape trusted fintech products while growing a

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience leading teams building customer-facing products at scale.
• Strong technical judgment for architecture, tradeoffs, and execution.
• Experience with complex distributed systems or backend services.
• Track record driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Experience coaching and developing engineers with regular feedback.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and support a team of software engineers in the Credit Cards & Banking product area.
• Set clear direction across execution, technical design, and people development.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define roadmaps.
• Drive architecture, execution, and operational excellence for reliable systems.
• Guide decisions across product surfaces, backend services, and platform dependencies.
• Improve team health through planning, feedback, and career development.
• Hire exceptional engineers and raise the bar on talent and craftsmanship.
• Move quickly while maintaining high standards for quality and trust.
