Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Capital product, driving how businesses manage expenses and payments. You will shape strategy, own the roadmap, and build an API-based financial service that scales for enterprise clients and embedded partners.

You will work with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and operations to deliver a best-in-class Issuing solution from design to scale, with ownership of people and technical execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Maintain a high technical bar and lead technical decisions.
• Experience building API-based financial services products.
• Strong collaboration with product, eng, and partners.
• Comfort discussing architecture with Senior+ engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical roadmap for Capital Issuing.
• Act as technical authority and influence product direction.
• Coach and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on goals and timelines.
• Address technical debt and enforce best engineering practices.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
