A client of Insight Global is looking for a Civil Engineer (Transmission/Distribution/Substation EPC) to join their team on a remote basis. In this role, you will support preconstruction, estimating, and project teams by managing the Engineer of Record (EOR) for EPC substation and transmission line projects and reviewing all EOR submittals. Additional responsibilities include coordinating engineering and permitting services with project leadership, providing environmental compliance support, and communicating with authorities regarding permits. Proficiency in Civil 3D, MFAD, and related software is essential, as well as contributing to proposal development and cost estimating.
