Job summary

Retool is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Enterprise Platform team, shaping how organizations adopt, secure, and scale Retool. You will work with product, design, and GTM partners to translate enterprise requirements into scalable platform capabilities and manage a high-performing engineering team.

You’ll oversee architecture, access controls, auditability, and admin tooling while guiding AI-driven growth and reliability across critical business workflows.

• Guide design and architecture across access controls, auditing, and admin experiences.
• Evolve platform to support AI agents and scalable workflows.
• Drive execution from scoping to launch with high standards for security and reliability.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to translate requirements into reusable platform features.
• Coach engineers, manage performance, and grow a diverse team.
• Build processes for delivery improvements and cross-team collaboration.
