Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Manager, Electrical Engineering to lead the Product Service TE team and TE Factory support at Rochester, NY. The role covers project leadership across the TE Support organization and coordination with international depots.

The ideal candidate has extensive test engineering experience, strong project management skills, and a track record of implementing cost-effective testing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of related experience; graduate degree with 7 years; in lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TE group including capacity, yields, test quality and change requests.
• Support international depots with test solutions.
• Manage multiple test engineering teams and test infrastructure.
• Develop yearly plans for capital, expense and headcount.
• Identify opportunities to reduce test time and improve yield.
