Job summary

Ripple in Chicago seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the integration of digital asset capabilities with the Ripple Treasury platform. You will shape architecture, mentor a small team of up to four developers, and ship working software daily in a fast-paced Kanban environment.

You bring 7+ years in full-stack .NET and modern frontends (Angular/React), plus at least 2 years leading teams. Fintech or digital assets experience is ideal.

Qualifications

7+ years in software engineering with .NET and modern frontend frameworks.
2+ years leading engineering teams with recruitment and mentoring.
Experience shipping software in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Production fintech or digital asset background is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the engineering process to integrate digital asset capabilities with Ripple Treasury.
Build and manage a group of up to four full-stack developers; mentor and code.
Push working software daily in a Kanban workflow and adapt based on feedback.
Collaborate with product, compliance, and treasury domains to translate requirements.
Define engineering practices, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment patterns.
