Alloy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Developer Experience team. You will own the APIs, webhooks, and tooling that power external integrations, guiding architectural decisions and a great developer experience.

You will recruit and mentor engineers, partner with product and stakeholders, and drive delivery for scalable, reliable developer-facing infrastructure in a hybrid NYC work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering with at least 3 years in an engineering leadership role.
