Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in engineering management.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Track record of operating services with high reliability.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native systems, preferably on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for Developer Environments and developer productivity.
• Set technical strategy and connect it to critical business projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
• Own the design, scalability, and reliability of temporary developer environments.

Skills

Software engineering experience

Engineering management experience

Technical background in backend/infrastructure systems

Experience in cloud-native systems (AWS, Kubernetes)

Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes

Strong communication and leadership skills

Education
