Edison Smart® seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary controls teams delivering DDC, PLC, SCADA, and BMS/BAS projects across the United States. The role emphasizes technical leadership, quality, and client coordination with engineers, contractors, and other disciplines.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in AEC/EOR/MSI environments with a strong background in DDC, PLC, SCADA, and related automation platforms, and a proven track record in project delivery and

Formación

• Must have worked for an AEC consultancy, Engineer of Record (EOR), or MSI engineering firm.
• Lead multidisciplinary controls and automation teams.
• Strong knowledge of automation platforms and protocols such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Rockwell, BACnet, Modbus, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee design, development, and integration of DDC, PLC, SCADA, and BMS/BAS systems.
• Provide technical oversight of control system architecture, sequences of operation, specifications, and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, schedules, budgets, quality, and risks.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, IT/OT, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Build strong client relationships and support proposals and presentations.
