Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our data labeling platform, guiding a team of software, data, and AI engineers. You will design scalable architectures, ensure data integrity, and drive end-to-end annotation workflows across text, video, audio, and documents.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field required.
Experience: 10+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in leadership.
Hands-on engineering with Python and data pipelines.
Experience integrating ML models into production workflows.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

System design and hands-on programming to maintain high technical bar.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software/data/AI engineers.
Bridge engineering roadmaps with VPs, Researchers, and Data Factory operations.
Architect next-generation auto-labeling applications and multimodal models-in-the-loop.
Own data engineering, event logging, ETL to data lake, metrics, dashboards, and alerts.
Direct front-end engineering for annotation interfaces across modalities.
Scale platform for maximum throughput, data integrity, and reliability.
