Job summary

NVIDIA is shaping the future of autonomous driving by building end-to-end AI systems and data pipelines. We seek a manager to lead teams across Europe and the United States, guiding efforts to extract intelligence from petascale consumer fleets.

You will architect in-car data curation, develop new algorithms for scenario mining and labeling, and drive data quality and metadata standards to accelerate safe, scalable AI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience, with 4+ years in technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading data-focused teams in AV/robotics.
• Hands-on with VLMs, LLMs, or multimodal AI for perception or labeling.
• Autonomous vehicle ecosystem experience — perception, mapping, ADAS/AV data workflows.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering and data teams across Europe and the US.
• Architect NVIDIA’s in-car data curation strategy for AI training and AV performance.
• Invent and deploy new algorithms to mine driving scenarios from customer cars.
• Champion data quality and metadata standards to speed development and safety.
