The Role:

The Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional squad of software developers and QA automation engineers. You will balance technical leadership, agile delivery management, and people development, ensuring your team delivers clean, secure code on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the agile delivery lead for an engineering squad, removing blockers and managing sprints.
• Mentor and develop software engineers, conducting career development plans and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Management to break down high-level requirements into clear, technical engineering tasks.
• Maintain high coding standards through code reviews and continuous integration practices.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience acting as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Team Lead within a product-centric B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical background in modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) and backend languages (Go, Java, or Node.js).
• Direct experience handling data security standards and secure development lifecycles.
