You will partner with product, design, research and data teams to design experiments, set OKRs, and drive improvements that move key product KPIs in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and building a software engineering team.
• Track record of shipping multi-engineer projects with measurable business impact.
• Strong product instincts and comfort in experimental, data-driven environments; experience with metrics and A/B tests.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product, design and data.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a cross-functional team with product partners to align on strategy, priorities and success metrics.
• Drive project execution from spec to implementation, with reliability, scalability and observability.
• Use data and rapid experimentation to inform decisions and translate insights into product improvements.
• Attract, grow and retain diverse engineering talent, providing coaching and career development.
• Set engineering quality standards and balance speed with maintainability; manage tech debt and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product, design, research and other teams to deliver user experiences that meet needs and boost business metrics.
• Define team OKRs, prioritize and remove roadblocks to enable high performance.
