About The Role

As an Engineering Manager in CCIP, you will lead the development of an open-source standard enabling developers to build secure cross-chain services and applications. Your focus will be on Distributed Systems, Performance Optimization, and Observability, providing guidance, servant leadership, and growth opportunities for engineers.

Your Impact

You will provide empathetic leadership, set and own the roadmap, produce OKRs, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including executives, to drive organizational impact.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership or management
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams and stakeholders
  • Experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
  • Deep knowledge in Distributed Systems, Performance, Scalability, and Observability
  • Ability to create and execute roadmaps, measure impact, and set clear goals
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams with high ownership
  • Experience in Blockchain/Web3

All roles are global and remote. We prefer some overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
