• Experience growing engineers and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Backend/Data Engineers for homepage discovery and related surfaces.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap for large-scale content discovery and personalization systems.
• Drive initiatives like real-time user signals, ranking observability, and Personalization-as-a-Platform.
• Partner with ML, Data Science, Product, Design, Frontend, Ads, and other teams to deliver measurable product impact.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, reliability, and operational health.
