Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's AWS Security team seeks an Engineering Manager III to lead a security engineering organization responsible for reviews, threat modeling, and security evaluations across AWS products and services.

You will set direction, mentor engineers, drive security initiatives, and partner with business and technical teams to raise the security bar while aligning with leadership principles and scalable security practices across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience in security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
• Experience in managing and developing security teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security engineers to conduct security reviews and threat modeling.
• Own the security assurance process and develop metrics to demonstrate performance.
• Define strategy to raise the security bar for AWS services; collaborate with senior leaders.
