Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead development of next-generation cloud security solutions and scalable cloud platforms. You will guide high-performing teams, drive technical execution, and cultivate a culture of innovation and operational excellence while delivering secure services.

Responsibilities include setting technical strategy, hiring and mentoring engineers, and collaborating with Product Management and Architecture to deliver high-quality Security-as-a-Service

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud services.
2+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams.
Proven experience delivering highly scalable, distributed cloud-native applications and services.
5+ years designing and building cloud-based architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Hands-on programming in Golang or Python.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow high-performing software engineering teams building cloud security products and platforms.
Drive technical vision and execution of cloud-native services with cross-functional teams.
Own delivery of features and platforms through the full product lifecycle.
