Responsibilities

  • Own the integration project lifecycle from planning to closure, coordinating with sponsors, stakeholders and developers to manage timelines and milestones.
  • Manage implementations of new and existing client integrations to ensure proper execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with architecture, design, and engineering to produce required artifacts and meet team commitments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
  • Lead technical meetings, workshops and status reviews to drive alignment and decisions.
  • Provide leadership during major incidents, understanding all facets of the issue and de-escalating effectively.
  • Oversee team priorities, staffing, coaching, and recruitment participation to maintain SLA commitments and delivery quality.

Education

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Integration Manager is highly detailed oriented; motivated self-starter; has excellent organizational skills and passion for excellence, team building and values innovation and success.

While this role is a non-development role, he/she should have effective problem-solving skills and have sound understanding of system landscapes. He/she is capable to roll up their sleeves to investigate issues and identify solutions as needed. They will also, develop in-depth knowledge of business requests, priorities, and impacts to be able to effectively manage the team. This person must be very self-driven and very fast learner to be able to adapt to the fast pace working environment.

The Integration Manager will also handle the release management process, and is responsible for approving application deployments, performing application releases, including rollouts, system configurations, store and track release notes and perform internal application/system upgrades across different system environments

Essential Job Functions
  • Own the Integration requirements for project implementation starting from project planning to project closure - coordinating with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, and technical developers to manage project timelines, milestones, and business expectations
  • Manage implementations of new and existing customer business to ensure proper execution
  • Works daily as a team member producing architecture, design, code, tests, documentation, and other artifacts as required to meet team commitments
  • Building strong relationship with the client(s)
  • Leading project meetings (technical workshops, kick-offs, steering committees, and status meetings, etc.)
  • Provide leadership and direction for major incidents. Able to understand all facets of the issue, maintain control and effectively deescalate the matter.
  • Managing team - Setting team goals, hosting staff meetings and provide coaching to direct reports and participate in recruitment process. Setting team priorities, triage support tickets, host staff meetings, coaching and ensure internal/external service level (SLA) agreements are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvements, process management, and implement team process changes
  • Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, some light lifting may be required in some instances.
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on experience sufficient.
