Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering people leadership, mentoring engineers at all levels.
• 5+ years of software development, full-stack architecture and system design.
• Experience with AI coding tools to improve workflow and code quality.
• Commitment to Clever engineering culture and collaboration.
• Experience in operational change management and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and ability to align distributed teams.
• A focus on building diverse and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Classroom Experience team to scale primary interfaces and APIs for learning apps.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to define roadmap and best practices.
• Drive high availability targets and mentor engineers for growth.
