Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Calibration Engineer in Agoura Hills, CA to develop calibration software, algorithms, and validation for Compute Test instruments. You will own calibration tasks end-to-end with guidance from senior engineers, applying knowledge of analog/digital circuits and low-level HW concepts.

Required are a BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in C/C++/C# and Python.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++/C# and Python demonstrated.
• Experience with measurement and data analysis for calibration.

Responsibilities

• Develop calibration programs and embedded algorithms for Digital, DC, AC and RF calibration in ATE equipment.
• Support calibration strategy documents and offline/online validation of error terms.
• Create tests to validate instrument calibration and HW performance.
• Debug calibration programs and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Onboard and mentor interns or new engineers on tools and processes.
