You will develop lift methodologies, mentor engineers, drive standards and technology adoption, and partner with operations, project management, sales, and executives to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of heavy lift, rigging, or related engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with lift planning and engineering software.
