The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing teams, proficiency in Java, React, and Angular, and a strong background in AI initiatives and change management. This position is hybrid, allowing three days in the office and two days of remote work.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing over 5 engineers while being hands-on.
• Deep expertise in Java, React, Angular, and real-time systems.
• Proven track record in leading data teams for ML/DL model production.

Responsibilities

• Drive ManiFesto's R&D overall progress and success.
• Lead and mentor the engineering team with full autonomy.
• Define and own the R&D roadmap from vision to execution.
