Didion Milling, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager - Bioscience Operations to lead the bioscience engineering team and drive major capital projects. You will mentor engineers, manage budgets and schedules, and apply process knowledge to improve safety, reliability, and production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience in industrial/continuous-process settings.
• Experience leading engineers or technical professionals and complex capital projects.
• Knowledge of process design, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineers and technical team members.
• Direct capital projects from concept to startup and closeout.
• Own scopes, budgets, schedules, cash flow, and risk management.
• Apply chemical engineering to improve production systems and capacity.
• Collaborate across Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Quality, and site leadership to solve plant challenges.
• Strengthen engineering standards, controls, and continuous improvement.
