The role blends hands-on coding with mentoring, guiding technical decisions, and defining the team's long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap in collaboration with Product. Strong communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with production web apps.
• Experience leading and growing engineering teams.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
