Job summary

Eads Cooling Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead daily drafting and engineering activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. The role requires hands‑on leadership, strong mechanical design experience, and the ability to drive process improvements, automation, and collaboration across teams while reporting to the senior leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience requested.
Experience in mechanical design and drafting.
Experience with SolidWorks and ERP systems ideal.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all daily engineering and drafting activities.
Facilitate communication among customers and engineers, ensuring specs, costs, and deadlines are clear.
Identify and implement automation of repetitive engineering workflows and processes.
Evaluate and adopt AI tools to improve productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing.
Review work for technical accuracy and compliance.
Create and execute strategic plans for related departments.
Maintain policies and standards for the department.
Stay updated on new trends to improve product lines and efficiency.
Collaborate with team leaders to drive cost and process improvements.
