CoreWeave, the AI Hyperscaler, is seeking an Engineering Manager for Artifacts & Registry within the ML Workflows organization in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead a team of engineers to own the full lifecycle from roadmap to production reliability and collaborate closely with product management on priorities.

You’ll need strong Go and backend expertise, experience with large-scale data systems, and a track record of growing engineers while balancing delivery with reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management shipping platform, data, or infrastructure products.
• 5+ years of software engineering with backend systems depth.
• Fluent in Go and relational data modeling; review PRs and architecture.
• Experience managing production systems where data durability is critical.
• Proven ability to balance delivery with reliability and technical health.
• Experience shaping roadmaps with product managers; growing engineers across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle from roadmap to delivery and production reliability.
• Partner with product management on prioritization and roadmaps.
• Unblock engineers across teams and maintain reliability bar.
• Engage in architectural discussions: data modeling, storage, indexing.
• Grow engineers into autonomous leaders; champion AI-forward culture.
• Own team outcomes end to end with accountability.
