Job summary

CoreWeave is hiring an Engineering Manager for Artifacts & Registry within the ML Workflows organization in Bellevue, WA. You will own the full lifecycle from roadmap shaping through delivery and production reliability, partnering with product management and guiding a six-engineer team.

You should be technically fluent in relational data modeling, object storage, and scalable backend systems, comfortable with architectural decisions, and focused on shipping while maintaining data durability and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management shipping platform, data, or infrastructure products.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience prior to management with backend systems depth.
• Technical fluency in Go and distributed backend systems; code review and architectural decisions.
• Experience owning production systems where data durability and correctness are primary constraints.
• Balance product delivery with technical health, reliability, and on-call readiness.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape roadmaps and justify platform investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle from roadmap shaping through delivery and production reliability.
• Partner with product management on prioritization and unblock engineers across boundaries.
• Hold the reliability bar while shipping new capabilities; protect customer data and uptime.
• Engage in architecture discussions: relational modeling, storage, indexing, permissions, data lifecycle.
• Grow engineers into autonomous leaders and align the team with CoreWeave's AI-forward goals.
