Lead address services, validation, and enrichment with a focus on scalable, API-first solutions and collaboration with product, security, and SRE teams. You will mentor engineers, align roadmaps with product, ensure quality and timely delivery, and drive modernization practices. This role is based in Chicago on a hybrid model with relocation options and reports to the Senior Manager, CIM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years experience in Software Engineering
• 2+ years experience leading developers
• Ability to manage Agile sprint teams, vendor relationships, on-shore/off-shore teams
• Technical Knowledge: Java & J2EE stack with Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to Software Engineers, helping define roles and responsibilities
• Support team members in developing and following personal development plans aligned with career growth objectives
• Collaborate with Product Managers to align on product roadmaps and translate requirements into actionable strategies
• Promote continuous improvement in software development processes and workflows
• Own end-to-end delivery and reliability of addresses, validation, and enrichment of addresses
