Job summary

EBizCharge, headquartered in Irvine, CA, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead AP ERP integrations across multiple ERP platforms, including cloud and on-premise environments. The role combines fintech with ERP workflows to deliver seamless AP functional capabilities for customers.

You will mentor engineers, own end-to-end AP functionality rollout, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to set roadmap priorities while upholding security, performance, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of Accounts Payable workflows (invoice capture, approvals, payments, reconciliation).
• Experience integrating with or building ERP integrations and multiple ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers delivering AP features across ERP integrations.
• Own end-to-end rollout of native AP ERP functionality from architecture to deployment.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders to define AP roadmap initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions within ERP ecosystems.
• Drive code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Manage dependencies across ERP platforms and ensure consistent user experience.
