Job summary

Assort Health is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team building AI-powered healthcare platforms and patient-facing agents. You will own infrastructure foundations, observability, CI/CD, and developer tooling to enable fast, reliable shipping across engineering pods.

You will be hands-on when needed, drive architecture reviews, troubleshoot incidents, and set the bar for AI-assisted coding practices to ship faster. Join a fast-growing team transforming patient journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infra/platform teams.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and data platforms.
• Ability to design and influence engineering throughput and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing infrastructure and platform team, including hiring and coaching.
• Build and scale platform systems: observability, CI/CD, developer tooling, reliability infra.
• Own cross-cutting systems across product teams to ensure reliability and performance.
• Drive technical decisions on GCP infrastructure, Kubernetes, monitoring, and data infra.
• Partner with product engineering to unblock teams and boost velocity.
• Design and ship internal tools to improve engineer productivity.
