Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3–5 years in Engineering Management leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience delivering large‑scale Java/GoLang systems, data pipelines, and cloud‑native services.
• Hands‑on AI/ML solutions integration into software workflows with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to define and implement unified policy outcomes across the SBG ecosystem.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous environments by distilling complex security challenges into actionable plans.
• Partner with Tech Leads to drive architectural solutions and collaborative decision‑making.
• Champion AI/ML integration into the platform workflow to boost efficiency.
• Foster a culture of high performance, inclusivity, and continuous learning; mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and SBG units to translate policy requirements into technical strategies.
• Proactively manage technical and project risks to ensure system stability and compliance.
• Synthesize platform updates for senior leadership and communicate strategic vision.
