You will foster AI-native workflows across the lifecycle, decouple legacy systems into scalable APIs, and partner with Product and Design to ship simple, high-quality software that helps small businesses thrive.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with software architecture and code quality.
• Experience guiding teams through system decoupling.
• Proven coaching/mentoring in an inclusive environment.
• Ability to translate business goals into engineering plans.
• Experience with AI tooling in SDLC is a plus.
