You will design scalable cloud-native architectures, integrate vendor legal apps, and apply Generative AI to transform legal operations, partnering with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering leadership with cloud-native focus.
• Strong experience in Java/Spring Boot and microservices.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, event-driven systems, and Kafka.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Ability to design scalable architectures and drive AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, integration, and production support for Legal Technology platforms.
• Own reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence of platforms.
• Design cloud-native apps, APIs, integrations, and event-driven services.
• Hands-on coding and code reviews; mentor engineers and align with stakeholders.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and related tech.
