Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical foundation.
- Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and business contexts.
- Experience with performance management, coaching, and career development.
- Understanding of AI-assisted development tools and their impact on team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate team-level design discussions and maintain architectural excellence.
- Guide delivery via SAFe/Scrum and ensure high-quality output.
- Remove blockers and optimize team workflows with AI tools.
- Hire, onboard, and develop a diverse engineering team.
- Partner with Product Management and Design to shape roadmaps.
- Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Drive AI integration to accelerate delivery and product quality.
