Job summary

Keyloop in the United States is seeking a Software Engineer (IC2) to join an engineering team building the connected auto retail ecosystem. You will deliver medium-sized features, write clean, well-tested code, and contribute to team culture and knowledge sharing in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, API and service design, collaboration with Product, Design and QA, and mentoring juniors as you grow.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in .NET stack and cloud services.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests; test-driven development is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines; API and service design basics.
• Strong English communication and collaboration in Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features across the Keyloop platform with increasing independence.
• Write clean, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code that meets standards.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with Product, Design, and QA.
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum.
• Troubleshoot defects and maintain operational health of systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for features you own.
• Onboard new team members and mentor junior engineers.
• Proactively identify improvements to code quality, tooling, and processes.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate coding and learning on new tech.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and contribute to team culture.
