The role combines technical leadership with people management, guiding architecture, reviewing work, and mentoring staff while coordinating with stakeholders including SHC and SCH to drive service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to develop staff and build teams.
• Experience with automation, AI-assisted workflows, and enterprise IT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow a team of one Technical Lead and three Software Engineers including training, goal-setting and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor engineering talent; build a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
• Balance workload across the team and manage on-call/support coverage.
• Define and drive a roadmap for applying agentic AI across existing platforms and new use cases.
• Identify opportunities for agentic AI across IT Infrastructure and stand up pilots with clear success metrics.
