Job summary

Hypha is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team building and improving a core product area, while shaping the technical direction of the platform. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and leadership to set priorities, plan roadmaps, and ensure the team focuses on high-impact work.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute code, guide sprint planning, review architecture, and help the team ship features that power Hypha’s core product with high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Must have led engineering teams, delivering features and outcomes.
• Strong coding ability and hands-on contribution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to hire, onboard, and grow engineers and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, unblock engineers, and maintain delivery velocity.
• Design systems and review architecture decisions with the team.
• Ship features that power Hypha’s core product and customer value.
• Partner with product and design to shape the roadmap.
• Identify blockers and create fast feedback loops.
