You will mentor engineers, set a bold technical direction, and deliver value for hundreds of thousands of businesses and millions of employees.

You balance enterprise reliability with rapid innovation, guiding architecture decisions and enabling teams to scale in a fast-evolving cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related discipline preferred.
• 7 years of experience in related field.
• 4 years in supervisory, management, or project leadership.
• Mentorship is required.

• Agile methodology preferred.
• Java programming language preferred.
• AWS (Amazon Web Services) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in interview and hiring process; manages annual reviews and development plans; allocates team members to projects.
• Supports multiple agile development teams; removes roadblocks; adheres to Agile principles.
• Provides input to product owners on strategy and backlog prioritization.
• Builds relationships across IT and business units to meet objectives.
• Demonstrates system knowledge and coordinates issue resolution for production apps.
