Job summary

You will mentor engineers, product owners, and scrum masters to maximize effectiveness and deliver high-quality products for agriculture technology. You will collaborate across departments, manage project planning, and drive continual improvement while maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software product development using Scrum, CI, and TDD.
• 5+ years in product development team environment or supervision/manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in a related technical field.
• Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach team members using adult learning strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with internal departments.
• Professionally interact with external customers and vendors.
• Support project planning, sizing, timing and project strategy collaboration to maximize value to end customer.
• Remain aware of the team and project status to anticipate concerns and roadblocks; consciously coach through challenges.
• Attract and hire top talent to accomplish Ag Leader’s goals.
• Assist with department budget and finances.
• Position success will be evaluated by workplace health – such as collaboration, creativity, organizational teamwork, and leadership.
