Qualifications

• 3 years in people management or team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years in technology and software engineering.
• 7+ years programming in Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.
• Strong graphics background with 3D tools and visualization.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Adobe Substance 3D, Blender, Unreal or Unity.
• Experience developing tools for artists or creators.
• Experience in cross-functional domains and matrixed environments.
• Experience with Agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Delivery of visual output in games, film, or simulation contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of engineers, managing both people and the technical output.
• Manage direct reports and participate in Agile software development.
• Ensure best engineering practices are followed and output quality is high.
• Communicate with stakeholders and business participants.
