Job summary

You will lead projects from concept to implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery while meeting internal standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in equipment or machinery manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma experience.
• Familiarity with CAD software (Solidworks or Inventor).
