SKF Sumter is seeking a senior manufacturing engineering leader to direct the engineering function for the Sumter factory. You will oversee new machines, tooling, material and processes, coordinate with other departments, and supervise the engineering staff to drive cost reductions and productivity gains.
This role requires ten years of engineering experience, strong machining knowledge, and proven leadership. Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.

This position is responsible for developing, directing and coordinating the manufacturing engineering function of the Sumter factory. This includes new machines, tooling, material and processes as well as improving/redesigning existing machines, tooling, material and processes. The position supports new programs by developing new machines, tooling, material and processes. Serves as a liaison between engineering and other departments. Directs, develops and supervises the engineering staff.
