Responsibilities:

Required Daily responsibilities and expected skill include but are not limited to:



  • Assemble and Test models in proper sequence following blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions both oral and written in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Possess a working knowledge of Lincoln's sub-assemblies as well as manual, pneumatic and electrically operated equipment, tools, and fixtures to ensure quality operations.

  • Diagnose and correct malfunction in models reporting any discrepancies or unusual difficulties to the Department Leader or Supervisor and suggest improvements where possible.

  • Due to the position being in a manufacturing environment, the Incumbent must be able to and would be subject to lifting, bending, twisting, oil, and other normal factory shop conditions.


Job Requirements:


  • Ability to read and use assembly parts blueprints, drawings, schematics, work instructions, bills of material, and inspection equipment.

  • Perform transactions for own work as required.

  • Keep area clean and orderly.
