Job summary

The Brook's is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead maintenance, repair, and improvement of the facilities and grounds. You will oversee engineering operations, capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, and a skilled team committed to keeping the property safe, efficient, and guest-ready.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of facilities, engineering, construction, or commercial maintenance experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience managing teams, projects, budgets, and contractors.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • NH Primary Game Operator License (company sponsored) eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Engineering and Grounds teams.
  • Oversee maintenance of building systems, equipment, and property grounds.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and daily work orders.
  • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Manage department budgets, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support facility operations, events, and emergency response efforts.
