Architecture Modernization & AI Adoption:Architected fault-tolerant, highly available customer-facing applications, spearheading monolith-to-microservices migrations while integrating AI coding assistants and AI-powered product features.

Technical Delivery & Execution:Managed end-to-end execution of complex software initiatives, aligning resource allocation with organizational strategy while actively mitigating cross-team risks and dependencies.

Process & Stakeholder Management:Defined Agile processes, enforced clear Definitions of Done (DoD), and built strong cross-functional relationships across the broader organization.
