Foresight Land Surveying is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a dedicated engineering team, supervise technical execution, and manage project delivery across multiple Utah locations. The role combines mentorship with strategic planning and budget oversight to ensure high-quality civil engineering outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a PE license, have 7–10+ years of engineering experience, and at least 3 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA).

• $140,000 – $180,000 per year (depending on experience).

A Day in the Life of an Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at BHI, you will lead a dedicated team while overseeing technical execution and project delivery. You will:

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
