Rise Technical in Providence, RI, seeks an Engineering Manager who will lead and grow an engineering team while remaining hands-on, driving continuous improvements in manufacturing efficiency. The role is a stepping stone towards a Director position, with progression already mapped out.

You will work closely with senior leadership to implement key changes across the business and mold your own department to deliver measurable improvements.
